Hi! I’m Chelsey Michelle, some know me as Elle – like the letter L – and I’ve been lashing since esthetics school; trained in the spring of 2015, then licensed that summer. I practiced lash extensions as often as possible, working part time at first, but completely obsessed with everything about lashes! I lashed anyone I could get to lay still long enough during the year or so that I waxed full time, right before focusing on them almost exclusively. I soaked up every bit of knowledge I could find wherever I could find it! I also had amazing training for my position at an esthetics salon here in Columbus in 2017, and could not be the artist I am if not for the experience there; as well as getting to know the ladies I was lucky enough to have met along the way. I am forever grateful.

Elle 4 Lashes also offers lash lifting, brow lamination (or lash and brow perm, with Elleebana Lash lifting with Elleeplex infusion), lash and brow tinting, Indus Valley henna brow design (henna brow tinting with a wax) and their newest Brow Stains in 8 shades to match almost anyone, facial waxing, brow waxing, underarm waxing, bikini waxing and brazilian waxing services! All waxing is done with hypoallergenic Italwax hard wax for worry free hair removal. I also have the answer to ingrown hair problems, PFB, a roll on product to treat, prevent and erase scars from ingrown hairs (as long as you have no allergies to aspirin or other ingredients) you will literally have the smoothest skin you’ve ever had! Use it not just on the bikini area but get another roll on for underarms and face as well!
Lash lifts with the Elleebana product line offers a quick curl to your natural lashes and I feature a third step containing hyaluronic acid, keratin, hydrolyzed silk, marshmallow extract, and other nourishing ingredients to strengthen and revive the hair after processing. This same solution is used for the brow lamination process as well! This is a great solution to long lashes that bump into glasses and untamed brows that grow in all directions (for men, too!)
Indus Valley Henna comes in 6 blendable shades, Ash Blonde, Blonde, Cool Brown, Warm Brown, Dark Brown and Black. Each shade lasts up to 10 days on the skin (tested myself!) depending on facial skincare regimen and aftercare but up to 6 weeks on the hair!!! Brow stains come in 8 shades as stated above, and do the same thing as henna but works much faster!
Lash lifts, laminations, and henna brow designing take about an hour each. Lash lifts, lamination and tinting with traditional tint is possible in the same appointment, however, henna and brow lamination must be done 48 hours apart. Lifts and laminations can last as long as 8 weeks on some people, most average around 6, traditional tint lasts around 2 to 3 weeks.
Lash extension appointments can take up to 2 hours for fills and full sets depend on application type, for instance usually Classic sets take around 2.5 hours tops, and X-Volume, taking the longest, but no more than 3 hours.
Lash extensions are completely customizable by utilizing different lengths, diameters, styles, and your imagination!
